Partnering on an agile workplace with Fidelity Hong Kong
Fidelity’s state-of-the-art office relocation is shaping the future of hybrid work in Hong Kong through its conscious design and seamless global collaboration.

Project overview
How do you redefine the modern workplace by delivering a hybrid office?
Fidelity Asia's office relocation required a high-quality, 26,800 sqft workplace in the heart of Hong Kong's central business district. The new office was designed to support hybrid working and enhance overall employee experience.
Spanning open-plan work zones, comprehensive meeting spaces and collaboration areas, the project integrated key modern improvements. This included breakout spaces, a micro kitchen, media suite, and café and pantry facilities.
The project required navigating a complex stakeholder matrix, distributed globally, across multiple time zones. By mitigating these challenges, we brought the project to life, delivering a space that’s since received exceptional feedback from its users.
This project formed part of Fidelity’s broader efforts to evolve its workplace strategy, building on design principles and insights from its completed office projects.
Delivering with assurance and minimal disruption
We provided comprehensive project and cost and commercial management services to support Fidelity’s office transition. In partnership with the Fidelity team, we managed all core delivery aspects of the programme, from initial fit-out oversight to the seamless relocation from the existing office space.
We approached the transformation with an integrated mindset, ensuring alignment across consultants and contractors, spanning design, construction, IT, AV and security functions.
Our cost and commercial management services for the leased floor renovation covered a comprehensive scope of work. This included high-specification interior fit-outs, MEP installations, fire services, structured cabling and custom built-in furniture. This ensured a seamless relocation from the existing office space.
We kept the project tightly on track and on budget, engineering a structured relocation strategy that protected daily operations and ensured a smooth transition.
The new workplace directly embeds sustainability through conscious design choices that reflect its corporate values. The project’s achieved LEED Platinum certification. This proactive effort delivers a future-proof, environmentally-conscious space that will continue to benefit the workforce for decades to come.
