How do you deliver a workplace that exceeds expectations and strengthens long-term partnerships?
Founded in 1951, Paul Hastings has grown into a global powerhouse with more than 1,500 lawyers in the US, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Operating in China since 1998, Paul Hastings sought to upgrade its office to fit its growing business.
Our team was engaged to provide a comprehensive turnkey solution for its new workplace project, bringing together design, project management and construction delivery under a single integrated team.
Spanning 10,010 sqft, the project was delivered over an eight-month period, including a fast-tracked construction phase. The objective was to create a high-quality workplace while maintaining project certainty, cost control and operational requirements.
The project was an opportunity to deepen an established relationship with Paul Hastings and demonstrate the value of our fully integrated delivery model.

Delivering a turnkey solution
For this workplace transformation, our team adopted a holistic approach, guiding the client from design development through construction, commissioning and final handover. We provided an end-to-end delivery solution that combined design and construction expertise within a single project team. Our integrated approach enabled proactive risk management, reduced delivery complexity and provided the client with a seamless project experience.
The project construction was delivered within 2.5 months while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship. Alongside this, our team focused on delivering value beyond the physical workplace throughout the project lifecycle. This included strengthening strategic relationships, providing certainty around cost and project outcomes and ensuring the final result aligned with the client's expectations and business objectives.
The successful delivery has already received recognition from Paul Hasting’s global management team, highlighting the quality of execution and the positive impact of the project.

The project was delivered with the support of CBRE's Global Account Team and local brokerage team, creating strong collaboration across all stakeholders involved.
The successful outcome has further enhanced our relationship with CBRE's leasing and account management teams while demonstrating our ability to support global clients through a one stop, coordinated delivery and partnership-driven solutions.
Building on the success of a previous project delivered during 2024–2025, this project reinforces our position as a trusted delivery partner for future workplace and real estate initiatives.
