Sports Boulevard is redefining how Riyadh lives and moves. Stretching 135km across the capital, this linear park connects neighbourhoods, landscapes and communities through 4.4mn sqm of green space, over 50 sporting venues and hundreds of kilometres of walking, cycling and horse-riding routes.

It’s a living corridor of sport, culture and open space, designed to make movement, nature and connection part of everyday life. It’s also one of the most ambitious urban transformations ever delivered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We’ve partnered with the Sports Boulevard Foundation since 2021, providing cost and commercial management across this city-scale transformation. Through clear, data-led planning and practical commercial advice, we bring structure and focus to a highly ambitious programme.

Reappointed in 2024, we continue to work closely with the Foundation as the plan evolves and delivery moves forward. By combining strong local knowledge with experience from major urban projects around the world, we help link day-to-day decisions with wider urban, social and environmental goals.

Our partnership is helping the Foundation steer one of the region’s most complex programmes – balancing bold ambition with disciplined, steady delivery.

Sustainability has shaped Sports Boulevard from the start, from materials and mobility to biodiversity and community wellbeing. Electric transport, shaded paths and native planting cut carbon emissions and make outdoor life a natural part of the city’s rhythm.
