From pre-construction to handover

On site, our teams take ownership of the full construction process – coordinating design responsibilities, managing interfaces between construction packages and driving progress against the programme. We treat the relationship between design, construction and commissioning as an active, ongoing process rather than a handover event.

At the end of the project, we manage commissioning and handover – with the option to integrate facility management and operations teams directly, ensuring a seamless transition into operation.
