JYP Entertainment’s new headquarters is one of the most significant developments in Korea’s entertainment industry. More than just a workplace, it’s a landmark. It showcases the company’s innovative spirit and provides a platform for discovering and nurturing creative talent.

Shaping a new cultural hub

JYP Entertainment has built a global reputation by developing K-pop artists such as Wonder Girls, TWICE and ITZY. Its new headquarters will reflect this by creating a dynamic space that will encourage collaboration and anchor the company’s vision to remain a ‘Leader in Entertainment’.

The complex facility will include practice rooms and an 800-seat concert hall, with a total floor area of 69,259㎡ over five basement floors and 17 floors above the ground. Once complete, the building will be more than an office. It will strengthen Korea’s entertainment ecosystem and amplifying the nation’s cultural influence worldwide.

Managing delivery end-to-end

We were appointed to oversee JYP Entertainment’s entire delivery process, from selecting design and specialist architectural firms to appointing contractors and supervising construction. Our role has spanned advisory, cost and commercial management and full project oversight.

We’re guiding design and construction decisions, establishing and managing the budget framework and applying rigorous cost controls to reduce financial risk.

Through close collaboration we’re ensuring technical and operational support throughout all stages of the project. By monitoring progress continuously, we’re identifying client needs early and identifying potential issues before they arise. This proactive partnership approach aims to strengthen collaboration with stakeholders and support timely delivery.

Inspiring creativity

This project is one of our largest cross‑service collaborations in Korea. It unites our local expertise with global best practice.

By aligning our project and cost and commercial management strengths with JYP Entertainment’s long‑term vision, we’re helping to create a headquarters that enables the company set a benchmark for creative office environments and reinforces its position as a leader in the entertainment industry.
