Strategic appointments to drive Middle East expansion

We have made several new appointments to our Middle East senior management team to strengthen our capability and support our ambition for growth in the region.

Adam Ralph has been appointed as UAE Country Manager, having played an instrumental role in supporting the evolution of our Middle East business over the last eight years. Adam will lead a team of more than 330 professionals, across both our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. He will be responsible for overseeing business growth in the UAE, as well as delivery of our vision 2025 business plan.

Hudson Fountain has taken over the role of the real estate lead for the region. As Head of Middle East Real Estate and Project Management UAE, he will drive regional business growth and transformational performance through service excellence and digitally enabled solutions. Hudson has over 20 years of international industry experience, having worked for market leading constructors before moving into consultancy.

Gary Haldane has been appointed as Head of Infrastructure and Programme Advisory, Middle East. Gary will lead the support of our infrastructure clients in transforming their performance in the delivery of the region’s most ambitious programmes and projects.

On the contract services side, Ali Al-Ashbal has joined our business as Director of Contract Services, Middle East. A civil engineer by profession, Al Ashbal's career has focused on contract, claims management and dispute resolution with over 20-years’ experience in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

In Oman, Andrew Quinn has been promoted to Country Manager. His focus will be to drive the future growth and expansion of our business in the region, while supporting the sultanate’s objectives around nationalisation and investment in alternative energy supplies. Andrew takes over the position from Ryan Shalabi, who will continue to lead our Contract Services function in the Middle East.
