PRESS RELEASE
Turner & Townsend, the global programme management company, has appointed Jeff Cho as Director, Hospitality, Resorts and Residential, Asia, reinforcing its commitment to supporting clients across one of the world's most diverse and dynamic hospitality and resort markets.
Jeff brings more than 16 years of experience helping owners, investors, developers and operators shape, grow and optimise hospitality assets across the Asia-Pacific region. Having held senior leadership roles with leading hospitality organisations including Far East Hospitality, Radisson Hotel Group, EVT and Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide, he has contributed to the development and expansion of hospitality portfolios representing more than 3,000 rooms across the region.
His experience spans hotels, resorts, mixed-use destinations and serviced residences, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the strategic, commercial and operational drivers that influence investment and development decisions.
Jeff brings expertise across the full asset lifecycle, from investment strategy, feasibility and operator selection through to development, repositioning and operational readiness. Having worked from both owner and operator perspectives across Asia, he understands the commercial, operational and guest experience factors that underpin successful destinations. This enables him to help clients navigate complexity, align stakeholder interests and realise ambitious projects that deliver long-term value.
In his new role, Jeff will partner with clients across Asia to deliver complex hospitality and resort programmes, drawing on Turner & Townsend's expertise in programme management, project management, cost and commercial management and advisory services. He will help owners, investors and developers navigate investment decisions, manage project complexity and deliver high-performing hospitality assets that create lasting value.
“Asia's hospitality and resort sector continues to evolve at pace, presenting significant opportunities for owners, investors and developers. As projects become increasingly complex, clients are looking for partners who combine deep sector knowledge with world-class delivery expertise.
“Jeff brings a unique blend of hospitality, development, investment and operational experience, alongside a strong understanding of the region's dynamic market landscape. His appointment further strengthens our ability to help clients deliver exceptional hospitality destinations and maximise value across their portfolios.”
