Turner & Townsend appointed to support Southern Water’s ambitious investment programme

PRESS RELEASE

Turner & Townsend, the global programme management company, has been re-appointed to Southern Water Services’ (SWS) Business Management Consultancy Framework, securing a position on Lot 2: Procurement & Commercial.

The framework will support SWS in delivering its ambitious investment programme and strengthening procurement and supply chain performance across its business.

Under the framework (of up to eight years), Turner & Townsend will provide consultancy and professional services to support procurement and supply chain activities across all areas of SWS’ spend including asset management, operations, capital and support services, including digital.

This includes strategic advice, implementation, and delivery across the full procurement lifecycle. These improvements will help SWS maximise the impact of its spend and underpin the company’s ambitious business plan to deliver significant, lasting improvements in performance and the environment.

The appointment builds on a long-standing relationship of over 15 years between Turner & Townsend and SWS, and compliments our existing AMP8 Project and Programme Management Services framework, which was awarded in 2024.
