Turner & Townsend, the global professional services company, has appointed Alexandra Lundberg as its Head of Building Consultancy in Sweden.
With 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Ms Lundberg has expertise in technical due diligence, project development, property development and design. She joins Turner & Townsend from Drees & Sommer, where she was Head of Real Estate Advisory in Sweden and previously served as Head of Value Add at WSP Sweden and Senior Architect at Vattenfall.
Ms Lundberg’s appointment strengthens Turner & Townsend’s Nordic operations by re-establishing its building consultancy business, with the aim of helping its clients develop and enhance properties.
Ms. Lundberg is a trained architect from Lund University.
In January 2025, CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, combined its project management business including building consultancy with Turner & Townsend, which is a majority-owned subsidiary of CBRE.
“With Alexandra on board, Turner & Townsend will now be able to contribute throughout the entire project cycle, from early stages through implementation to technical due diligence and transaction execution.
We can provide advisory services for private, public and municipal stakeholders with property operations related to residential, commercial, industrial or community properties.”
