Building Surveying
Develop your skills by assisting with inspections, preparing reports, supporting cost estimates, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Capital Allowances
Form an understanding of tax relief on commercial property expenditure. Our dual-qualified specialists support clients across all sectors to optimise their tax position from design and development to transaction structuring.
Consulting
Focus on asset and facilities management or programme performance, with rotational roles to refine your consultancy skills.
Cost and commercial management
Work on a wide range of tasks in cost and commercial management, developing your skills to become a well-rounded consultant in the construction consultancy sector.
Digital
Refine and develop your digital skills in areas such as data analysis, building information modelling (BIM) consultancy and digital strategy, aligning with the SFIA skills framework.
Façade
Grow an understanding of façades by investigating issues, supporting maintenance strategies, contributing to design performance advice, and helping clients manage compliance and risk.
Geomatics
Learn a discipline focused on the collection, analysis and interpretation of spatial data to support mapping, construction and land development projects.
Procurement
Develop procurement and contractual solutions to help maximise value and mitigate risks, providing our clients with support and guidance.
Project controls
Specialise in risk management, project planning and cost control, while learning how to utilise the latest software tools such as Primavera P6.
Project management
Learn the nuances of successful project management from the initial planning stage to final execution, all while ensuring client satisfaction.
Strategy and transformation
Learn how to influence the set-up of major projects, programmes and strategies to ensure they are resilient and able to successfully deliver outcomes. You will transform an organisation's capital investments to adapt to the challenges of changing regulatory and operational environments.
Here's what to expect when you apply
We look for people who are not only skilled but also a great fit for our team and culture. Our recruitment process is a two-way conversation – designed to give both you and us the chance to see if we’re the right match for each other.
Start by finding the listing suited to your skills and interests. Filter to 'Early careers' under Discipline, and 'All United Kingdom' (or the applicable office/s) under Location. Then upload your CV and answer our relevant questions.
You will receive a link to our timed online assessments, designed to see if our values and culture match. You will be given a week to complete these.
You will be invited to our assessment centre where you will participate in a number of competency-based activities. These are designed to see if you will be a good fit for our team.
Once you have completed these steps, you will hear if you’ve been successful within roughly 10 working days.
