Programme detail
The programme
Our five-year apprentice development programme is carefully designed to help bring out your best, ensure you become a well-rounded consultant and accelerate your career.
Structure
You will typically work full-time and attend university or college one day per week, giving you the chance to apply what you learn directly to real-world projects.
Studies and qualifications
Our programme pairs on-the-job training with part-time study. By the end of the programme, you will be awarded a qualification aligned to your chosen discipline.

Work on a wide range of tasks in cost and commercial management, developing your skills to become a well-rounded consultant in the construction consultancy sector.
Project controls
Specialise in risk management, project planning and cost control, while learning how to utilise the latest software tools such as Primavera P6.
Project management
Learn the nuances of successful project management from the initial planning stage to final execution, all while ensuring client satisfaction.
Recruitment process
Here's what to expect when you apply
We look for people who are not only skilled but also a great fit for our team and culture. Our recruitment process is a two-way conversation – designed to give both you and us the chance to see if we’re the right match for each other.
Application
Start by finding the listing suited to your skills and interests, then upload your CV and answer our relevant questions. Make sure to specify your preferred locations.
Online assessments
You’ll receive a link to our timed online assessments, designed to see if our values and culture match. You will be given a week to complete these.
In person assessment
You will be invited to our assessment centre where you will participate in a number of competency-based activities. These are designed to see if you will be a good fit for our team.
Decision making process
Once you have completed these steps, you’ll hear if you’ve been successful within roughly 10 working days.
