Recruitment process

Here's what to expect when you apply

Start by finding the listing suited to your skills and interests, then uploading your CV and answer our relevant selection criteria questions. Make sire to specify your preferred locations.

If you meet the requirements of our selection criteria, you will be invited to a virtual interview (via Teams or phone) with the Talent Acquisition team. The interview will focus on a mix of competency and behavioural questions to provide further insight and assess your understanding of Turner & Townsend's offering.

Successful candidates will be invited to complete a psychometric assessment. The assessment provides insight into strengths, development areas and working style.

The assessment centres are the final stage of our recruitment process. Here you will participate in a number of competency-based activities to assist us in evaluating your suitability for the program and a good fit for our team.

Once you have completed these steps, you will hear if you have been successful roughly within 14 working days.
