What does it take to deliver the world's greatest venues?

Billions are invested in sports venues and major event infrastructure every year – and the expectations that come with that investment have never been higher.

Today's venues must generate strong commercial returns, satisfy a complex web of stakeholders – from sponsors and broadcasters to the visiting public – and act as a catalyst for wider regeneration. For host cities, the stakes are even higher. Major events like the Olympics, FIFA World Cups and World Expos bring non-negotiable deadlines, global scrutiny and the expectation of a legacy that lasts long after the closing ceremony.

We work with venue owners, governing bodies and host city committees to plan, manage and deliver sporting and entertainment infrastructure that performs commercially, operationally and for the long term.

Legacy built in fro the start

We help host cities and venue owners plan for what comes after opening day – ensuring event infrastructure creates lasting social, commercial and community value.

A track record built on the world's biggest stages

From club stadiums and national arenas to concert venues, Olympic programmes and World Expos, we have delivered some of the world's most high-profile and time-critical venue programmes. That experience gives us deep insight into the delivery and commercial dynamics that define this sector.

Our teams have worked alongside local organising committees, governing bodies and with venue owners at every level. We understand what it takes to keep complex programmes on track - from initial feasibility and strategy through to delivery and long-term operation. Every venue we deliver is built to perform on opening day and to keep creating value for the people and communities it serves for decades to come.
