Q. What attracted you to join Turner & Townsend?
A. I joined the business in 2006, and over this time it has given me the perspective on what first brought me here and why I have stayed. As I have met colleagues across the company, I was struck by the quality of our work, our global outlook, and the strong relationships with clients and partners around the world. But what ultimately keeps me here is the culture. This is a place where I could grow, be challenged, and build a meaningful career.
Q. What contribution are you most proud of at Turner & Townsend?
A. I care deeply about creating an environment where our people can grow, feel supported, and step into the next generation of leadership across Asia Pacific. I also believe in giving back, which is why I sit on the board of our Making the Difference Fund to support underserved communities across the region.
Q. Describe your typical day.
A. There's rarely a typical day! Most days are a mix of speaking with clients about their programmes, spending time with colleagues across the region, and getting out to visit project sites so I can stay close to the delivery of those projects. The diversity of our teams, markets, and projects keeps the role for me energising and meaningful.
Q. What is the emerging trend in your industry specialism and how are you responding to this?
A. The rise of technology, infrastructure expansion, urban development, and the energy transition is driving unprecedented growth, along with capacity and productivity challenges for the industry. Our response is to deliver solutions with substance, supported by data, digital tools, and construction expertise that help clients deliver their most complex programmes.
