Programme detail

The programme

We offer a two-year programme based across Canada, designed to give you market-leading training in the industry. Our graduate development programme covers project management, cost management, and project controls and is tailored to the local context and market requirements.

The framework

Our framework develops graduates in two areas: service delivery (enhancing technical skills in project and cost management) and business management (building knowledge of internal functions).

Professional development

Upon completing the programme, we support graduates in obtaining accreditation from AACE, PMI or CIQS to help further their industry credentials.

Our locations

Our programme is currently available in Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton), Ontario (Ottawa, Toronto), British Columbia (Vancouver).

Programme areas

We offer three development programmes to our graduates.

Cost and commercial management

Work on a wide range of tasks in cost and commercial management, developing your skills to become a well-rounded consultant in the construction consultancy sector.

Project controls
Specialise in risk management, project planning and cost control, while learning how to utilise the latest software tools such as Primavera P6.

Project management

Learn the nuances of successful project management from the initial planning stage to final execution, all while ensuring client satisfaction.

We look for people who are not only skilled but also a great fit for our team and culture. Our recruitment process is a two-way conversation – designed to give both you and us the chance to see if we’re the right match for each other.

You’ll meet for an online interview with our team where we’ll discuss the role and your suitability.

If your first interview is successful, you’ll be invited for an on-site interview where we will go into more detail about the role.  

Once you have completed these steps, you will hear if you’ve been successful within roughly 10-15 working days.
