The programme

We offer a two- to three-year graduate development programme for each of our programme areas.

Structure

We provide a structured learning environment designed to accelerate your career at one of the world’s leading construction consultancy firms.

The way we work

Our work often takes us beyond the office, offering the opportunity to engage with clients on site. Depending on your role, you may visit – and work from – client locations throughout the programme.

Locations

Our programme is currently available in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Eindhoven).

Learn how to devise strategies to control and manage the risks and challenges for our projects.

Project controls
Specialise in risk management, project planning and cost control, while learning how to utilise the latest tools such as Primavera P6 software.

Project management

Learn the nuances of successful project management from the initial planning stage to final execution, all while ensuring client satisfaction.

We look for people who are not only skilled but also a great fit for our team and culture. Our recruitment process is a two-way conversation – designed to give both you and us the chance to see if we’re the right match for each other.

Start by finding the listing suited to your skills and interests, then upload your CV and answer our questions. Graduates can apply for our ‘Junior Consultant’ position.

You will meet for an interview with our team where we will discuss the role and your suitability.  

If your first interview is successful, you’ll be invited for another interview where we will go into more detail about the role.  

Once you have completed these steps, you will hear if you’ve been successful within roughly 10 working days.
