1. Supplementary financial measures. Net revenue organic growth represents the year-on-year change in net revenue, excluding the impact of 
acquisitions or disposals completed within the last twelve months, and adjusted to remove the effect of foreign exchange. Days Sales Outstanding
(DSO) reflects the average number of days taken to convert trade receivables (net of sales taxes) and unbilled revenue into cash.
