The Executive Centre, a global premium flexible workspace provider appointed us as project management consultant for their Kaman Amaryllis project in Bangalore which opened in November 2020.

First of its kind for TEC
The Executive Centre (TEC) was looking for a premium space in Bangalore to offer premium flexible workspaces for businesses that are agile, well designed and in a central location. The project is in Domlur, which has established itself as a hub for technology giants within the city and is well-connected with public transport, retail and food outlets. The Kaman Amaryllis is approximately 40,000 square feet, with 420 work spaces – and is the first standalone building for TEC, which aligns with their business case and their clients’ need for exclusivity.
Design, technology and sustainability
The space has been developed to reflect TEC’s international standards of design, flexibility, technology and smart utilisation of space. Extending its commitment to sustainability and green initiatives, LEED Platinum certification for both base build and interiors has been applied for. In addition, all services, lighting and construction materials are green-certified.
Keeping the pandemic in mind we have implemented UV light technology in all AHUs to neutralize COVID-19 and similar viruses.
Ground floor space occupies tech-enabled meeting spaces with the latest video conferencing facilities and concierge services. The space facilitates an impressive reception area, boardroom, expandable meeting rooms, gym with shower area, cafés and pantry. The remaining three floors have flexible workspaces with four and six seater meeting rooms and office cubicles.
A rounded approach for delivery
We were appointed to manage the project, design and costs. We were involved during the detailed design stage and managed the consultant and developer deliverables. We also co-ordinated with TEC and their key stakeholders in the procurement of various packages.
Delivering the project during COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and facing challenges with resources and materials, we tracked the supply chain, manpower and work performance on a daily basis for all parties involved on this project.
