The Turner & Townsend career returners programme
We are excited to partner with Women Returners to launch our first ever Career Returners Programme.
The new programme will offer both women and men who have taken voluntary career breaks of at least one year a structured and supported return to the workplace.
We passionately believe that those who have had time away, for whatever reason, can bring skills and experience that will strengthen, enhance and diversify our teams.
Our teams are full of committed, passionate and inspired people, who love what they do.
At Turner & Townsend we foster a culture of excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit. Our people strive to provide innovative and technology driven solutions and take pride in seeing that our expertise and independence is recognised by peers and clients.
We provide equal opportunities for our people based on their hard work, passion and dedication, building a positive culture of empowerment and respect wherever we work. Being truly global, we have embraced diversity as one of our core strengths. We embody a strong sense of belonging and friendship, where our people go above and beyond for their colleagues and for our clients.
