Project overview
Our contribution
ORPIC's programme included:
-
A multiproduct fuels pipeline from Sohar to Muscat
-
The improvement of its Sohar Refinery
-
The Liwa Plastics Project
-
A large ongoing programme of fabric and equipment maintenance works, material and bulk procurement and plant turnarounds.
We foremostly provided pre-contract purchasing and procurement support to ORPIC with a team seconded in the ORPIC project offices in Sohar, Oman.
We also assisted in the procurement of a wide variety of oil and gas refinery and pipeline related projects through the procurement process from inception up to contract award.
Our team then worked with ORPIC to develop systems to work within the ORPIC governance and SAP requirements.
