Revitalizing a complex development
ADP’s office redevelopment faced challenges with timelines, cost pressures and overall delivery. Turner & Townsend worked collaboratively with the team to streamline processes, reduce complexity and leverage local partnerships. Following this approach we were able to speed up all phases of the project while achieving savings of over $1.5mn.



Integrated team to hit the ground running
Spread over nine floors and 225,000 ft², ADP’s office refurbishment included a full interior remodel with all new FF&E. There were new amenities too, including a café, Starbucks, wellness center, game rooms, ATMs and a credit union.
We were assigned the project five weeks behind schedule and over budget. Straight away, we began leveraging out PEP supplier partners to speed up proceedings and get the project back on track.
On time and on budget
The fully refurbished Class A office eventually delivered on time and under budget, providing an elevated workspace experience for over 2,000 employees. In total, we saved $1.5mn, including $1.2mn PEP cost savings and $347,000 from our integrated approach to schedule acceleration.
