project overview

A starring role in WarnerMedia’s epic move to 30 Hudson Yards

With its outlandish tilt and 102-storey height, 30 Hudson Yards is the breakout star of New York’s newest neighborhood. We worked alongside WarnerMedia to consolidate their seven city offices into one mighty new HQ.

One blockbuster projects

Perched on Manhattan’s west side, Hudson Yards is the largest real estate development in US history. A vibrant blend of work and leisure space, it will eventually be home to 16 skyscrapers.

We worked with WarnerMedia to relocate their cast of brands and thousands of employees from seven locations to one epic 1.4mn ft² HQ at 30 Hudson Yards.

Expertise inside and out

The interior fit-out was a key part of our role. One of the largest New York has ever seen, we worked with WarnerMedia to monitor the exterior and interior programs and define a series of critical milestones.

Some floors, like CNN’s newsrooms, needed longer lead times to install the complex digital broadcast technology. As a result, we negotiated earlier access to these floors, with fit-outs starting more than a year before the steel had been fixed at the top of the tower.

End credits

A special building and a special partnership, we’re delighted to have played a supporting role in WarnerMedia’s move.
