How do you create one of the world’s most active, liveable cities?

Sports Boulevard is redefining how Riyadh lives and moves. Stretching 135-kilometre across the capital, the linear park connects neighbourhoods, landscapes and communities through 4.4 million square metres of green space, over 50 sporting venues and hundreds of kilometres of walking, cycling and horse-riding routes.

It’s a living corridor of sport, culture and open space, designed to make movement, nature and connection part of everyday life. It’s also one of the most ambitious urban transformations ever delivered in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Turning ambition into action

We’ve supported Sports Boulevard Foundation since 2021, providing cost and commercial management across this city-scale transformation. Our role is to help the Foundation stay in control of one of the most complex programmes in the region – balancing ambition with precision.

Reappointed in 2024, we continue to give clear insight and practical advice, helping the Foundation to manage this complex project with confidence. By combining local understanding with experience from major global programmes, we’re helping turn a bold idea into a lasting part of Riyadh’s future.
