A two-year graduate development programme offering a carefully designed experience, focused on cost and commercial management.

Carefully structured

We provide a structured learning environment designed to accelerate your career in cost management services at one of the world’s leading construction consultancy firms.

Building expertise

Throughout the programme, you’ll get a mix of practical project work on complex construction projects, working groups and mentoring sessions to help focus your training.

Locations

Our programme is currently available in Germany (Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin), Austria (Vienna).

Here's what to expect when you apply

We look for people who are not only skilled but also a great fit for our team and culture. Our recruitment process is a two-way conversation – designed to give both you and us the chance to see if we’re the right match for each other.

 

See open positions

Start by finding the listing suited to your skills and interests, then upload your CV and answer our questions. Graduates can apply for ‘Early Career Development Programme – Cost Management’ or the ‘Junior Cost Manager’ job advertisement. 

You will meet for an interview with our cost management team where we will discuss the role and your suitability.  

If your first interview is successful, you will be invited for another interview where we will go into more detail about the role and you will deliver a short presentation (max. 10 minutes) on a cost management topic.  

Once you have completed these steps, you will hear if you’ve been successful within roughly 10 working days.
