Rwanda is ranked by the World Bank as one of the easiest countries in Africa to do business in. The country is positioning itself as a regional destination for education, innovation and tourism. Twenty percent of Rwanda’s 13 million population now live in urban areas, making greater urbanisation key to the country’s goal to achieve middle-income country status. Accelerated urbanisation, strong economic growth and demographic change have led to rapid expansion in the real estate market. As a result, the industrial and logistics, corporate and office, residential and hotel sectors are all growing.

Rwanda’s capital, Kigali, is the hub of the country’s government and of business activity. Having operated in the country for many years, we opened our Kigali office in 2020 to further enhance our support for clients and strengthen our business links.
