From pre-construction to handover

Construction management begins well before work starts on site. During pre-construction, we help clients develop procurement and packaging strategies, stress-test buildability, establish realistic delivery plans, and engage the supply chain early.
Working alongside our cost management specialists, we also support early pro forma development, total cost of ownership analysis, and cost planning—helping clients make better investment decisions before contracts are let. Procurement is fully transparent, with an open supply chain and industry-leading market data that provide clear visibility of cost from the earliest stages of design.
On site, our teams take ownership of the full construction process—coordinating design responsibilities, leading the entitlement and permitting process, managing interfaces between construction packages, and driving progress against the program.
