Join us

Our industry has an important role to play in creating a greener, more inclusive future. That future can’t be shaped by a single perspective – it needs diverse voices, experiences and ways of thinking.

Indigenous communities bring vital knowledge, deep connection to land and culture, and insights that should help guide the way forward. We’re committed to creating clear, supported pathways into our industry so Indigenous peoples not only thrive here, but lead.

By joining us, you won’t just be building your career. You’ll be helping shape projects that honour culture, heritage and connection to place.

We recognise the unique identities and histories of Indigenous peoples, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia, First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples in Canada, Māori and Pacific peoples in Aotearoa New Zealand, and more.

How we support Indigenous talent and enterprise

We support Indigenous careers through bursaries, apprenticeships, cadetships and training and mentoring programmes.

Beyond careers, we also champion Indigenous enterprise – building long-term partnerships with businesses, supporting supplier development and collaborating on community-led projects and initiatives.
