Client’s requirements

Fraport is a leading airport operator with interests in airports all over the world. It is currently investing in the expansion of Lima International Airport, the gateway to South America and one of region’s busiest airports, to accommodate for the dramatic rise in passenger numbers.

Over the past ten years the airport has more than tripled its volume of passengers and doubled its aircraft movements and further strong growth is expected.

The expansion project is designed to meet future demand in excess of 35m passengers per year and incorporates a second runway system and related airfield infrastructure, a new control tower and a new midfield terminal.

Our contribution

Our global airport capability and experience enabled rapid deployment of a fully integrated team of specialists, offering both local and international insights.
