Dubai International Airport’s expansion is part of a plan to boost capacity to more than 90 million passengers per year by 2018.

About the programme

The expansion includes the design and construction of a new 150,000m2 concourse with 16 boarding gates to serve overseas airlines. This also includes the redevelopment of the existing passenger terminal building.

Mobilising our global pool of aviation experts, we provide cost management, risk management, value engineering, and procurement advice to this major programme. While the rest of the airport continues to operate we are working closely with Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects, developing bespoke commercial processes and procedures to progress the project.
