Strength in diversity

Our success stems from our people and a diversity of experience, perspective and understanding. We strive to represent the communities in which we live and work, not only to ensure we can best meet our clients’ needs but also to open up opportunities in our society.

Our regional diversity route maps are informed by a global set of principles that address inclusive leadership and progression, recruiting for diversity and creating an environment where all our people can succeed.

We recognise that achieving gender equality continues to be one of the most pressing challenges our industry is facing which is why we have set a target to reach a 40:60 gender split across our business by 2025.
