An office fit-out suited to ANTA’s business goals
ANTA is continuing to expand its local and international footprint. As part of this growth, ANTA is developing new headquarters (HQ) in Shanghai. The HQ is designed to serve as both a regional hub and to deliver on the brand’s promise of making sports accessible to all.
The HQ spans 150,000 sqm (approx. 1.6 million sq ft), comprising five buildings. This includes commercial, office and hotel space. The horizontal design visually connects the buildings to the sports arena to demonstrate ANTA’s sporting spirit.
Given the scale, the 15-month delivery period and the need for a high-performance, sustainable interior environment, ANTA required a delivery partner with proven expertise in managing complex, high-quality fit-out projects. This new appointment followed the successful collaboration with our team on the construction of the building.
Our project goals
Our team was appointed to deliver full project management capabilities for the interior fit-out of the new HQ. This role spans the entire project lifecycle – from pre-construction planning and procurement through to execution and close-out. We’re ensuring each stage is aligned with the client’s strategic goals, operational needs and brand identity.
We’re overseeing the coordination of multiple stakeholders, including specialist consultants, design firms, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Our responsibilities include managing construction sequencing and scheduling, monitoring programme delivery, enforcing quality standards and providing rigorous oversight of environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance throughout the project.
We’re also supporting the client’s commitment to sustainable development by aligning delivery with China’s Green Building Three-Star certification, which sets high standards for energy efficiency, resource use and environmental performance.
High performing outcomes
This new HQ represents a flagship development for Shanghai’s evolving urban and commercial landscape, with key community and economic impacts.
The project has driven job creation through the engagement of local and regional subcontractors and suppliers, while advancing sustainability by promoting energy-efficient design and operational standards. It delivers a new workplace and hospitality destination that will attract both local talent and international visitors to a revitalised district, reinforcing Shanghai’s position as a hub for global sports brands and innovation-driven companies. The development also aims to break down barriers, making sports accessible to athletes of every level.
