Turner & Townsend reshapes UK leadership team to reflect business’ growing scale
Turner & Townsend, the global professional services company, is announcing changes to its UK leadership as the business prepares for its next wave of growth.
Patricia Moore takes the helm as managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Andy Scott will now lead both infrastructure and defence in an expanded remit as managing director for the two areas of the business. James Corrigan is moving to the United States to step into the role of managing director for the USA.
Alongside her UK managing director role, Moore will take on a new position of managing director for EMEA, working to cement Turner & Townsend’s position as the premier programme partner across real estate, infrastructure and energy & natural resources in the region.
Andy Scott’s existing role as managing director for defence will now expand to also assume responsibility for the business’ infrastructure division. Since joining Turner & Townsend in 2011 as a senior project manager, Scott has managed teams across landmark schemes including Heathrow, Hinckley Point C and Edinburgh Trams.
James Corrigan is moving to the US after 20 years advising clients across major infrastructure programmes in the UK. He joined Turner & Townsend on a summer placement in 2005 and has since led the business’ programme advisory team, worked on major programmes such as HS2 and Crossrail and most recently, spearheaded Turner & Townsend’s UK infrastructure business.
These changes come as Turner & Townsend begins its business plan to 2030, building on strong growth over recent years – global turnover has increased from $950m in 2020 to $7.43bn – a significant 683% rise. This growth has been accelerated by the company’s strategic partnership with CBRE Group Inc., which enabled an unrivalled programme, project and cost and commercial management offer.
