Turner & Townsend bolsters Yorkshire real estate team with three senior cost management appointments
Turner & Townsend, the global professional service company, is strengthening its UK real estate business with three senior appointments to its Yorkshire cost management team.
Mark Morris joins as Director and Cost Centre Lead, alongside Michael Teggin as Director and UK Regions Retail Lead and Timothy Shaw as Director. Based in Leeds, they will work closely with clients to drive innovation, unlock value and support the delivery of sustainable outcomes.
Mark brings over two decades of leadership experience, including senior roles at Gardiner & Theobald, Arup and a secondment to HM Treasury. His expertise in major projects and strategic procurement will introduce wider industry best practice to our Real Estate clients.
As Cost Centre Lead, he will drive the growth of the cost and commercial management team, championing innovation in cost and carbon analysis while expanding capacity to support major regeneration and public sector investment across the region.
Michael joins Turner & Townsend with deep experience delivering for national and global retail clients. He will lead retail growth across the UK, strengthening client relationships and expanding team capability.
Michael began his career with Rex Procter & Partners and later held senior roles at Arcadis, most recently as UK & Ireland Retail Business Director. At Turner & Townsend, he will focus on service excellence, strategic expansion and shaping the next phase of growth.
Timothy joins Turner & Townsend as Director, equipped with years of sector insight into public sector estates, education and healthcare. He will lead service delivery and business development in the Local Government and Health sectors, while supporting the growth of the Real Estate team.
With experience in both consultancy and contracting, Timothy has a deep understanding of the regional market and the challenge of delivering value for money in the public sector. He will also help to advance the company’s ambition to lead in the dual economics of construction, cost and carbon.
