Remco Kroeze appointed to lead Turner & Townsend in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg
Turner & Townsend, the global professional services company, has appointed Remco Kroeze as Managing Director for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (Benelux) to drive growth across the region.
Remco brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector including 18 years gained at the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, CBRE.
Remco’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Turner & Townsend in Benelux, as the company looks to cement its position as the pre-eminent market leader.
Turner & Townsend’s strategic priorities in the region include growth of its investor and occupier business, along with continued delivery of major programmes for its clients across real estate - including data centres - energy and natural resources and infrastructure.
Turner & Townsend’s team in Europe includes colleagues from CBRE Project Management following the combination of the two businesses in 2025.
The expanded team, working under the Turner & Townsend brand, offers clients unparalleled, integrated programme, project and cost and commercial management capability in response to growing market demand for end-to-end delivery of major, complex projects and programmes.
Remco succeeds Luke Bartolo who has led Turner & Townsend’s business in the Netherlands since 2016. Luke will continue to serve on Turner & Townsend’s Europe Board and take on a new leadership position focused on the occupier and retail sectors across Europe.
