All assets within The Trees are IGBC Platinum-rated under relevant rating systems. The residential precinct consists of a perimeter block and towers around a central courtyard.
The clubhouse building scales down the towers to provide a distinctive resident experience with a gym, spa, squash court, multipurpose hall, mini theatre, restaurant and swimming pool.
