FRK BUD investment assumed execution of a seven-storey residential building with a total usable area of 2,684m2, comprising of 22 residential units and two retail units on the ground floor. The building was designed with underground car parking and equipped with a car elevator. The investment was executed within an historical area of the city, on a plot of land with complex geological conditions.
Making the difference
- Despite numerous changes being introduced, arising from some discrepancies in the design, we were able to keep additional cost to a level not exceeding two per cent of the investment value.
- Our tailored reporting, combined with the early warning system we had established, gave the Client a constant overview of construction as it progressed, which enabled prompt and informed decision-making.
