Our contribution

OTMS required quantity surveying support for the design and construction phases of the project.

Our scope of services include a full time quantity surveyor and assistant located on site in Saldanha Bay to check and approve contractor monthly claims. They play an integral part in the project and are involved in all day-to-day cost monitoring and control functions.

Our team works closely with the site agents who check and monitor the work done by the contractor. Our focus is client cost assurance and risk mitigation, cost control, valuations and final accounts.

Making the difference

We offer the full complement of quantity surveying services to our client to ensure that the works completed on site are accurately valued and costs are controlled. We have done this by placing cost control measures in place and issuing periodic cost reports with the estimated total final cost of the project, which enables OTMS to anticipate and control the financial project commitments precisely.
