Our contribution

We are responsible for the project supervision of three tunnel sections (SBT1.1, SBT2.1 and SBT3.1) in respect to the cost efficiency and effectiveness for the implementation phase of the aforementioned projects.

The fields of activity include project organisation, scheduling and cost tracking, quotation as well as additional costs audits, risk management and the cost reduction programmes. We provide key advice right from the start so that the client can implement our recommendations immediately to reduce and/or prevent possible risks and additional costs.
