Mashreq Bank has embarked on a roll-out programme aimed at delivering enhanced customer experience.
The revamp of Mashreq’s retail banking branches includes refreshed and contemporary interior design concept. The new look is driven by a desire to offer an efficient, creative and bespoke environment at Mashreq’s branches across the UAE.
Turner & Townsend has been commissioned to provide project management support. This includes work and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in order to manage the overall programme and provide a strategy for a successful programme delivery.
The role also includes provision of support to the in house delivery team.
