The residential components of the development will offer 50,000 dwelling units in a mix of town houses, villas, and apartments. Other districts include retail, commercial (including iconic high rise towers), entertainment and hospitality, marine, medical, education , golf districts, and civic facilities.
The infrastructure services at Lusail City are designed to be state-of-the-art utilities serving over 560,000 residents and visitors.

We have been commissioned to provide pre and post contract cost management services on a four year appointment. We provide industry experts and best practice to manage the construction and consultancy work with regard to cost and entitlement. The client has extended this commission for a further four years.
Making the difference
We have introduced and developed a world class, comprehensive cost management online tool that gives the client a total and accurate picture of the costs of this massive development. We have integrated our services with the client’s organisation to provide a single point of reporting and a shared responsibility to successfully deliver this project. We have produced a gap analysis of the client’s original procedures and developed a new suite of cost management procedures drawing from our global experience delivering similar work.
