Whistleblowing policy

Turner & Townsend is committed to the highest standards of openness, probity and accountability. We want you to feel confident in raising any concerns you have directly with us.

However, we realise you may not always feel comfortable doing this so we have appointed Safecall, an independent whistleblowing company which can be used to report any concerns or wrongdoing.

Safecall is a completely independent company that operates a confidential reporting service. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are staffed by highly skilled professional call handlers.

When you contact Safecall, you will be asked to explain your concern in as much detail as possible. You may remain anonymous should you wish; albeit the more information you can give will make it easier for your concern to be fully investigated.

Once the report of your concern is completed, Safecall will send a written report to Turner & Townsend’s Global Head of Risk Management, who will review your concern and agree an appropriate course of action with the Chief Operating Officer.
