ECPM Guide 2015 - 2016

Mark Wainwright

Managing Director

Building on a very successful and compelling webinar discussion on how the EPCM mining space is evolving, we are pleased to present the EPCM mining guide 2015-2016, which shares insight into, and best practice on how the EPCM contract is evolving.

We are delighted to have once again partnered with the industry’s leading weekly newspaper Mining Journal, and law firm Pinsent Masons to prepare this guide. The guide is available online and copies will be distributed at conferences including IMARC, Mines and Money London, PDAC Convention, Mines and Money Hong Kong and Mines and Money Americas throughout 2015 and 2016.

  • Our contribution includes guidance on how to effectively employ EPCM providers, making sure the correct teams are selected and how the industry can learn from other sectors.
  • Pinsent Masons uses its chapter to look at ways to improve cost guidance, alleviate potential disputes, minimise the project owner’s risk and reduce costs.
  • The final chapter, prepared by Mining Journal asks some key industry figures how these contracts could evolve over time.

Visit the Mining Journal website for a write up on the event and access to the webinar recording.
