I have nine years of construction project management experience having been involved as a programme manager, project manager and contract administrator on a number of projects within the building and civil engineering sectors. I have consulted and supplied technical due diligence advice on a number of projects specialising in development cost analysis and benchmarking.

Q. Which project are you most proud of being involved in at Turner & Townsend?
A. I'm most proud of a multimillion renovation project when we overcame the project environmental complexity and ensured that our client received return on their investment. We enhanced the way their employees worked, creating a healthier and stimulating working environment.
Q. What is the emerging trend in your industry specialism and how are you responding to this?
A. Increased focus on sustainability – we’re able to audit the project requirements to ensure we apply sustainable practices whilst maintaining quality and safety. By applying value engineering and efficacy measures we can reduce the lifecycle costs for the client whilst minimising the carbon footprint on the planet.
