Q. How do you contribute to Turner & Townsend making a difference?
A. I’m passionate about delivering service excellence and want to do a great job for the clients we work for at all times. There is no reason why they wouldn’t come back to us again when they have other opportunities. I’m an ambassador of the quality theme in our office and hopefully I lead by example.
Q. What's your typical day?
A. My day always starts with a cup of coffee and a good morning to my colleagues. I start to plan the day, prioritise actions and address the most important emails. I like to plan the 'difficult thinking' activities in the morning as my brain works best then and use the afternoon for delivery, meetings, interviews and catch ups with my team.
Q. What is the emerging trend in your industry specialism and how are you responding to this?
A. One of my specialisms is the automotive industry. Future mobility will be driven by trends such electrified, shared and connected and will impact the dealership landscape in terms of volume, scale and complexity. We need to understand how we can adapt our service delivery model to align with what is happening in the market.
