It’s been a fascinating journey with Turner & Townsend. The support from the teams, variety of projects and ability to direct change is what makes Turner & Townsend different!Ranjeet Pundlik
I joined Turner & Townsend in 2014 as an assistant project manager in the Mumbai office. Prior to that I worked for a project management consultancy in India for two years.
Q. Which project are you most proud of being involved in at Turner & Townsend?
A. It’s tough to name just one but, from a programme management perspective, it is Nissan PMO and Barclays India PMO.
Q. Describe your typical day.
A. I’m currently based with the client (Nissan Middle East, Dubai). The day starts with prioritising the activities that need coordination from our Japan teams and then working with the teams based across various countries. The day typically constitutes meetings with the clients, reviews of designs with the global and local teams, and site and supplier visits.
Q. What do you most enjoy most about working at Turner & Townsend?
A. I’m very passionate about my work for Turner & Townsend and the variety of projects, clients and business offerings we have. It's rare in multinational organisations for their people to reach out and interact with the leadership, which is a key differentiator with Turner & Townsend.
