New hire to drive real estate growth in Poland
We have appointed Tomasz Łosek as Director in our Warsaw office in Poland to help drive real estate growth in the region.
Tomasz joined Turner & Townsend from CBRE, bringing with him over 25 years of professional experience in our local market with particular insight into management of investment process, costs optimisation, design and facility management. During his career Tomasz has been involved in the execution of the Warsaw Trade Tower, Mokotów Busienss Center, Blue City, Wiśniowy Busienss Park and Metropolitan Building, which have become landmarks of contemporary Warsaw’s skyline. He was also vice-chair of the International Council’s steering committee for tall buildings and urban habitat.
Based in Warsaw, Tomasz’s role will focus on developer and commercial occupiers in the real estate sector, supporting growth and strengthening our project management and cost management position in the market.
