James Dand appointed as new global COO

James Dand appointed as global COO at Turner & Townsend, joining the Executive Board.

Paul Grace to take over the reigns as European Managing Director, as professional services business seeks to continue its expansion in Europe.

Global professional services company Turner & Townsend has announced a new COO to drive the business’ ongoing growth strategy in its three key segments of infrastructure, real estate and natural resources.

James Dand has been appointed as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO), following the retirement of Tom Harrison. Previously European Managing Director, James first joined the business 15 years ago and has been instrumental in driving the firm’s strong regional growth across Europe.

In his new role, James will be responsible for delivering operational improvements across all aspects of Turner & Townsend’s services, and enhancing performance across its market segments.  

Commenting on his appointment to COO, James Dand said:

Paul Grace, previously Russia Country Manager, is replacing James as European Managing Director.
