Helping to deliver new homes for England
We have been appointed to the new Homes England Development Monitoring and Management Services Framework, supporting the organisation’s efforts to drive market change and deliver new homes across the country.
Covering a four-year period, the framework has an estimated overall value of £40m and includes the delivery of monitoring surveyor, compliance inspector and project and cost management services (including critical health and safety assurance).
The appointment complements our existing role on the Homes England Multi-Disciplinary Framework. Through this, we are already delivering major projects to unlock new homes at Meridian Water, London and the Northern Gateway, Manchester, supporting the planning of new communities at West of Ifield in West Sussex and at various sites across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.
Both frameworks are available for use by public sector organisations seeking consultancy support in the masterplanning, town planning, delivery and monitoring of development projects.
Director Steve Perkins said:
We have been partnering with Homes England since 2019 and have already helped them and other clients to realise 20,000 new homes across brownfield and greenfield sites in England. With this appointment we are delighted to be building on this collaboration to address the country’s urgent housing needs.
“Our track record of designing, leading and delivery for both public and private sector clients with existing and planned residential portfolios is second to none. Combined with our extensive supply chain which comprises leading specialists in their respective fields, we are well placed to help Homes England accelerate market change and shape the communities and neighbourhoods of the future.”
