Delivering Johnson & Johnson’s 10,000sqm new Sydney headquarters
We have been appointed by the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), part of the global medical and healthcare-focused corporation, to provide project controls services on its ambitious new 10,000 square metre head office in Macquarie Park, Sydney.
Due for completion in 2023, the company’s new ANZ headquarters will consolidate 820 office-based employees from three offices across Sydney into one site. With workplace wellness a significant focus for the company, its new innovative headquarters will emphasise health and wellness practices to help its people feeling empowered to produce better health products and services for its customers.
By applying robust, pro-active project controls from a clear baseline, our team will deliver confidence on the project’s cost and schedule to assure desired outcomes are achieved for the company and its employees.
Located 13 kilometres from Sydney’s CBD, Macquarie Park business precinct is a driving force of economic growth in the greater Sydney region. As the second largest office market in New South Wales, Macquarie Park generates over $9 billion annually across 850,000 square metre of commercial office space for 43,000 people.
