‘Cost and project company of the year’ accolade at Russia’s PROESTATE & TOBY awards
Our Russia team has been named ‘Cost control and project management company of the year’ at the PROESTATE & TOBY awards, which took place on 9 December at the Yarovit Hall in Moscow.
The PROESTATE & TOBY awards are the only international development and real estate awards to recognise companies and projects in Russia that have demonstrated outstanding performance in their sectors.
Winning projects need to demonstrate an innovative approach, adoption of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles, commitment to people and clients, and have made a significant contribution to the delivery of landmark projects.
The judges highlighted our participation in unique projects that bring value to the city and community, as well as adoption of ESG and zero-carbon principles. In our nomination, we highlighted our professional and independent approach and our key projects including a high-rise tower in Lakhta and a headquarters building for Shell.
